The newsletter is published three times per year with a focus on theGEAR UP Wyoming program at the University of Wyoming and Wyoming’sseven community colleges.GEAR UP, which stands for Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness forUndergraduate Programs, is funded by a federal grant with matching statefunds.
