PrintingAll printing to match art approved by customer and PCIto result in printed dimension corresponding to keylinedimensions minus shrink factor. Print must be clean Inks No off odors should emit from the inks duringmicrowave heating. Inks will have adequate grease andheat resistance such that no ink will be transferredto the microwave open floor during cooking or to theseal bars during sealing. VI. LAMINATED WEB PROPERTIES   A.   LaminationLamination will be sufficient to produce 85% fiber tear between alllaminations at room temperature. Susceptor to greaseprooflamination must remain intact over at least 75% of the susceptorarea after one popping cycle. Susceptor (Metal) to outer sheetlaminations must be adhered over at least 75% of the susceptor areapopping. Paper to paper lamination must remain intact over atleast 85% of the surface after full popping cycle.   B4005B-MNP CONFIDENTIAL   Page 3 -   No more than 3/8” border of missing glue is allowedAround top, bottom and sides of susceptor. -   Lamination must extend to within 1/16” from edge of web oneyemark side and within 1/8” from edge of instruction side ofweb.B.   Heat Seal adhesiveHeat seal adhesive will produce a continuous heat seal whensealed on proper equipment. No odor shouldemit from heat seal adhesive during popping. Heat Sealadhesive print should be uniformly applied acrossentire pattern area. Web will unwind freely fromrolls with no blocking occurring between web layers.C.   Gusset Adhesive- Front side gusset heat seal adhesive + 1/8”- Bottom of back side heat seal adhesive + 1/8D.   Top & Bottom Inside PVA heat seal1.   Heat Seal:2.   Location: 1/4” up from bottom of eyespot & 1-1/4” down frombottom of eyespot.3.   Edge placement: Heat seal should not exceed 1/16” fromeyemark side of web and 1/8” from instruction side of web.4.   Heat Seal triangles: + ¼” from bag folds E .
