    Dear All,Greetings!You must be aware that our First Book “Management of Management Department—A Road toExcellence” has gone to press for printing. The book is a world class book. 31 MTCians havecontributed papers/chapters for the book. It was indeed a long wait and home was almost dying.But Rooshikumar Pandya is kind enough to help us by sponsoring the full expenses for the book and the money earned from the Book-I will be invested in Book-II for publication. I mustcompliment Prof. Nagapavan Chintalapati in finalizing the content along with other MTCians.As far as experience goes while working on the first book , many promised but later on didn’tcontribute any paper and it was really very tough to co-ordinate with so many people on differentareas with varied issues.Few Checklist:1.   Serious MTCians are only requested to give their willingness.2.   One author can block only one title .3.   Author must send a brief bio-note ( Maximum 2 para) along with willingness forprocessing.4.   Faculty Development is a critical area. Hence , MTCians already haveexposure/experience in this particular area need to volunteer.5.   Joint papers are encouraged.6.   Every author must arrange a reviewer/proof reader for his/her paper so that corrections (if any) can be made at author’s end only. The reviewer/proof reader’s name to bementioned along with the willingness.
