KeyCores definition of success Our definition of success is: “The total, effective delivery of the optimized business outcomes, their associated business benefits and (net) value.“ To explain: §  total - not part, but that everything agreed to be delivered is totally delivered §  effective delivery - delivered in a way that can be used, with minimal disruption and easy adoption §  optimized - only the high-value outcomes delivered, with the high- cost/low value outcomes eliminated before approval is given to proceed §  business outcomes the desired clearly defined, specific, measurable business-as-usual end states operating ‘just right’ §  business benefits the total delivery of the benefits associated with each outcome that improve business performance §  (net) value the total delivery of the available-at-the-time value (which may be legitimately different to the originally quantified value) minus the optimized costs of delivery. 8
